Pina Colada Protein Shake

Introduction

A great high protein,low fat breakfast or snack! A great high protein,low fat breakfast or snack!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder ( I use Right Light vanilla shake mix packet =22 gm protein)
    1/4 C fat free organic milk
    1 C cold water
    1/4 C 1% milkfat cottage cheese
    1/4 C crushed pineapple
    1/4 tsp coconut extract
    sweetener to taste if needed
    4 ice cubes

Directions

Combine all protein powder, milk, and water in blender and mix for about 30 seconds. Add cottage cheese, pineapple,coconut extract and sweetener if needed. Blend for 30 seconds. Add ice cubes and blend on high until ice is crushed and shake is frothy.
