Quick, Easy, Fat Free Smoothie Quick, Easy, Fat Free Smoothie
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Pink Grapefruit Juice, 1 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, thawed
    Cool Whip Free, 2 tbsp

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender with 1 cup ice. Blend and Serve.

Intended Serving Size is 16oz.

This makes a great breakfast, snack, or post workout drink. Add protein or amino acid powder to get everything you need in a delicious smoothie.
