Senegalese Salad Dressing (all Core ingredients)

Introduction

This salad dressing is really easy to make, few and inexpensive ingredients, and stores well. It's really good! This salad dressing is really easy to make, few and inexpensive ingredients, and stores well. It's really good!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Olive oil - 3 Tbsp
    Vinegar - 1-2 Tbsp (I prefer the lower amt)
    Dijon Mustard - 1/2-1 Tbsp (I prefer the higher)
    Chinese salt (or regular salt will do)
    Garlic powder (to taste)
    Pepper (to taste)
    *sweetener of choice, if desired, to lower the tartness

    *I've estimated 1 serving to be 1 Tbsp

Directions

Mix all ingredient together in a bowl. Mix very well. Store unused dressing in refrigerator.

* I usually make 4 or 5 times the recipe because it stores well. Sometimes I add some of my own spices to give some variety.
