By taking Deceptively Delicious idea of pureeing veggies into my own chili recipe, has made my chili VERY healthy, and still yummy-- you would not even know! Ingredients

2 packs of lean ground turkey (2lb)
1 cp. Pureed Pepper (red is preferred to suit the color of the chili-- tricky note!)
1 Hot chili pepper (chopped or pureed
Chili Seasoning (to taste, I use about 1 tbs)
Paperika & Cumin to taste
1 Lg. can crushed tomatoes
garlic (to taste, approx 2 cloves)
1 can black beans (if canned RINSE!)
1 can corn (if canned RINSE!)
Aprox. 4 Large carrots, peeled, steamed (10-12 minutes) and Pureed until smooth (may need to add tbs. of water)
Directions
Spray cooking pan with PAM original
Cook Turkey with sliced onions and garlic until meat is browned
Transfer to Slow cook Crock Pot
Add all other ingredients
Let simmer for 2-3 hours on high heat, or 6-8 on low heat.
