Introduction

Ingredients

    Summer Squash halved and sliced,1
    Zucchini halved and sliced, 1
    Onions sliced, 1 large
    red pepper, sliced 1
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Salt, pepper, season to taste

Directions

pour olive oil in pan and sauteed onions on medium heat until they begin to brown. Add other veggies and cook until tender. Add salt and pepper and other seasonings to taste.
