1 cup whole wheat couscous
1 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 tbsp chopped chives
3tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
2) add the couscous and garlic, stir and cover let sit for 5 minutes.
3) just before serving add the chives, parsley, and parmesan cheese and fluff with a fork while stiring to combine.
Makes 6 3/4 cup servings
