1 cup cornmeal
1 cup whole grain flour (any)
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1 cup milk
1 large egg
Beat egg slightly, then whisk together all wet ingredients.
Pour wet into dry and stir no more than 15 times to moisten (there will be dry clumps - it's ok)
Pour into a lightly oiled 9x9 baking dish and bake at 425 for 25 minutes, until lightly golden and passes the toothpick test.
Serves 9, 1 2x2 square each
