Banana Walnut Snack Cake

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Unbleached, all purpose flour, 1 C
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1/2 C
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, dash
    Sugar, .75 cup and 2 Tbsp
    Egg, large
    Sunflower Oil, 1/3 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1/2 cup, mashed
    Milk, nonfat, 1/2 cup
    Walnuts, 1/2 cup, chopped

Directions

Preheat over to 350 F.

In 8" or 9" baking pan, combined dry ingredients and set aside.

Using a fork, combined egg, sunflower oil, banana, milk, and walnuts. Add to dry ingredients..

Bake 35-45 minutes until a pick inserted in center comes back clean. Cool.
