Nutty Granola

    3 c oats
    1/2 c almonds, chopped
    1/4 c wheat germ
    1/4c flaxseed, ground
    1/2 c honey
    1/4 c frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
    4 t ground cinnamon
    1/2 c raisins

MIX oats, almonds, wheat germ and flax seed in large bowl. Drizzle with honey and juice concentrate, tossing to coat well.

SPREAD mixture in lightly greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring every 5 minutes.

STIR in cinnamon and raisins. Cool completely. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
