Torani Berry Smoothie

Introduction

A little bit of sugar free torani syrup goes a long way to create a great smoothie taste! A little bit of sugar free torani syrup goes a long way to create a great smoothie taste!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 6-oz. container of low fat plain yogurt
    1 1/4 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1 banana
    2 c. nonfat milk
    2 Tbsp. flax seed
    1 to 2 oz. torani sugar free raspberry syrup
    (May add ice if you want a thicker smoothie or put a frozen instead of plain banana)

Directions

Blend everything together. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
