Introduction

This will wake up your taste buds in the morning or tantalize them in the afternoon. This will wake up your taste buds in the morning or tantalize them in the afternoon.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Cup plain low fat yogurt
    1 fresh banana
    1 Cup strawberries frozen
    1 Tbs. Flax seed oil

Directions

Add yogurt and banana to blender. Blend until smooth. While you are blending add flax seed oil. Stop blending and add strawberries, blend until smooth.
