3 servings louis rich turkey sausage, chopped into bite size pieces
one sweet bell pepper cut in strips
one sweet onion cut in half-quarters (eighths?)
6 tsp of minced garlic
3/4 cup fat free shredded cheese
spray a skillet with nonstick spray and heat on medium. Add onions, peppers, garlic, and sausage. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sausage is nicely browned and onions are the desired doneness.
toss with mozzarella, stuff into pita halves, and serve - Easy!
