Introduction

This is a big hit with my family. I have given the recipe for baking in the oven, but I have also done it in the crockpot. If I use the crockpot then I take the lid off the last hour. I suggest serving this with a salad or some brown rice, or both. This is a big hit with my family. I have given the recipe for baking in the oven, but I have also done it in the crockpot. Ingredients

    6 chicken breasts
    1 lg. bottle Fat Free Catalina Salad Dressing
    1 can whole cranberry sauce
    1 pkg. dry Lipton Onion Soup

    (this makes 12 servings, 1/2 breast each. This freezes well, so I make extra and freeze in zip lock bag.)

Directions

Preheat 350.
Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Place the breasts in the pan, sprinkle with the dry soup, pour the catalina over the top, spoon cranberry sauce over the top and spread. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350.
