Turkey and Sirloin Chile

Introduction

I love this chile, my husband doesn't like whole beans so I use re-fried beans instead. I love this chile, my husband doesn't like whole beans so I use re-fried beans instead.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lbs. ground turkey
    1 lbs. ground sirloin
    1 1/2 cup of diced onion
    1 can of vegetarian or fat-free refried beans
    1 can of corn
    2 cans of crushed tomato
    1 can of tomato wedges
    3 small chiles
    3 tsp of ground cumin
    1 tsp of powered garlic
    1 tsp of black pepper

Directions

Brown the ground turkey and ground sirloin with the onion and the spices. After the meat is completely browned and cooked through, add all the cans of tomatoes and corn. Add the can of beans, or if preferred use whole beans. Mix throughly to mix into the chile. Simmer for about 10 mins or more to let the flavors combine.

12 - 1 cup servings.
