Santa Fe Sandwiches

Introduction

These are delicious! These are delicious!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 chicken breast, skinless and boneless
    4 slices whole wheat bread thin
    1 large tomato divided 1/4
    1 tbsp parsley
    1 tbsp oregano
    1 tbsp basil
    5 tbsp fat free kraft mayo
    2 oz light cheddar cheese

Directions

Chop chicken into small cubes and cook on stove. Mix mayo, 3/4 of the tomatoes, basil, oregano, parsely and then add chicken. Spoon equal amounts onto toasted bread. Put cheese on top and broil until cheese melted. Put rest of tomatoes on top, serve and enjoy!
