Ingredients

    1/2 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Quick Oats
    1/3 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
    1 scoop EAS Vanilla Whey protein powder
    1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Directions

First cook oatmeal as directed by Quaker to your preferred consistency. Next serve in a bowl and add scoop of protein powder. Mix well, finally add cinnamon and frozen blueberries. Serves 1.
