Salt and Pepper to taste
Onion- Chopped 0.25 cup
Bran Flakes- 2 tbsp crushed
Mushrooms- 0.25 cup Chopped
Dried Parsley- 1 tbsp
Chop pulp and sprinkle the salt over it and let it sit for 30 minutes
In skillet sautee everything but the thick eggplant shells
Place content in shells that are place in baking dish big enough.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes- uncovered
I like to serve warm
