Yummy Low-Fat Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

    1 cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt (or other brand of sugar-free vanilla yogurt)
    1/2 cup fruit - strawberries, banana, oranges, pineapples - your choice
    1/2 cup juice - I use apple or orange
    1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions

This is for 1 generous size serving.

Place yogurt, fruit, juice and ice in blender. Blend on Smoothie setting (or High) until smooth and creamy.
