3 or 4 Perch filets
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Bread crumbs
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Basil
1 tbsp Parsley
Combine dry ingredients in another bowl.
Dip each filet in the egg and then in the Parmesan mixture to lightly coat.
In a medium or large pan, heat the olive oil. Add the fillets and cook through.
