Chunky Vegetable Dill Soup

Introduction

This Veggie soup is incredibly aromatic and yummy. I am a huge lover of dill, but I am sure you can change this to whatever herb you enjoy, and it will still be wonderful! This Veggie soup is incredibly aromatic and yummy. I am a huge lover of dill, but I am sure you can change this to whatever herb you enjoy, and it will still be wonderful!

Ingredients

    Notes for recipe: This is one can of green beans, you can also add whatever other vegetables you enjoy... these are just the ones I had on hand. You also might want to decrease the amount of herbs you put in to your own liking.

Directions

Chop vegetables to preference size. Saute in soup pot with light spray of non stick spray for about 10 minutes. Add liquid ingredients, boil for about 15 minutes lightly. Simmer for remaining time, or vegetables are to desire crispness (or lack thereof). Makes 4 servings.
