Diane's Stuffed Tomatoes for One

Ingredients

    3 ounces albacore tuna packed in water, drained
    1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
    1/4 cup celery, washed and minced
    1 Tbsp onion, peeled and minced
    2 Large tomatoes, washed, tops removed and hulled
    1/2 Tbsp Pepper and Garlic powder or to taste

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise,celery and onion. Season to taste. Sutff into tomatoes and serve.
