Blueberry Oatmeal Bars

Introduction

For those of you who aren't afraid of a little Splenda! For those of you who aren't afraid of a little Splenda!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
    1/2 cup splenda
    1/2 cup soft margarine
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 cups quick oats
    2 cups frozen, unsweetened blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray cooking spray into a 9 x 13" baking pan.
Blend together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
In a lrge mixer, at medium speed, beat together the brown sugar, splenda and margarine. Beat in the applesauce, aggs and vanilla. With a spoon, mix in the flour. Then add the oats and blueberries and mix until well blended.
Spread into baking pan.
Bake for 30 -35 minutes. let cool, then cut into 24 bars.
