Red Pepper & Lime Shrimp Tacos

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3/4 pound raw shrimp
    2 tsp olive oil
    dash of salt
    2 cloves garlic
    1 red pepper or 1 to 2 tsp red pepper flakes

    1/2 cup fresh cilantro
    1/2 cup onion
    1 lime
    6 corn tortillas

    Marinate the shrimp in the olive oil, sprinkle with dash of salt, add crushed or grated garlic & red pepper flakes. Let sit for a good 10 mins

    You can use this time to chop up 1/2 cup onion and 1/2 cup fresh cilantro. Mix together in separate bowl add dash salt set aside. Take your Lime quarter it and set this aside too.

    Place your shrimp in a skillet until they are fully cooked....heat your tortillas (I toss mine directly on the flame)

    Spoon about 6 or 7 shrimp on to your tortilla, spoon some cilantro & onions & squeeze some lime and enjoy!
