    Low fat/carb healthy style bread
    cyt finely small riped avocado,mushrooms 1/4 cup,slcie and peeled cuke,diced tomatoes 1/4 cup,dark grren leaves,sproutsare optional,suirt of lemon is optional but is yummy are all the iingredients and will prevent the avocado from turning brown, dash of extra virgin olive oil to go on the bread is optional as well.

Directions

Assemble sandiwch and enjoy, made it three times for my kids and they love it.
