Chili Con Carne

Introduction

Great on a cold winter day! Great on a cold winter day!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    1 Tbsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    Dash of pepper
    1 can tomoato soup
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 can light red kidney beans
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp white vinegar



Directions

Cook beef, onion, and seasonings until meat is lightly browned. Drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes, stirring often. Uncover and cook to desired consistency. You may immer as long as you like. This dish freezes well.
