Introduction

Toasted Almond Pudding - a Scotish Treat Toasted Almond Pudding - a Scotish Treat
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2/3 cups steel cut oatmeal
    1/3 cup slivered almonds
    2 TBS honey
    5 TBS Irish Whiskey
    Juice of 1 lemon
    ½ lb raspberries

Directions

On a baking sheet, toast the oatmeal & almonds at 300 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Whip the cream until it just forms peaks. Stir in honey & whiskey. Gently fold in almonds & oatmeal. Stir in lemon juice. Divide into individual servings and chill. Garnish with berries.
