Introduction

Ingredients

    * Spinach, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) yields
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1.75 cup, pieces or slices
    * *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 0.5 cup
    * Soybean Oil, 1 tbsp (for the pan)
    * Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    * Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    * Morningstar Farms "Burger" Crumbles, 2 cup

Directions

Makes four small-medium or three medium-large burger patties.

Make sure the crumbles and spinach are defrosted (microwave as necessary... but I usually just put them in a bowl in the frig the night before or that morning).

Heat the 1 T oil in an iron skillet that's big enough to hold four patties.

Mix all the other ingredients together in a bowl (add a dash of cayenne if you like a bit of bite).

Divide the contents of the bowl into four equal amounts, scoop out, and pat into your desired patty shape and thickness.

Place the patties into the skillet carefully and let them cook for a minute or two... flip when they're brown enough for you and finish cooking on the other side.
