turkey meatloaf

Introduction

you won't be saying "where's the Beef" 'cause you won't miss it you won't be saying "where's the Beef" 'cause you won't miss it
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
    Garlic, 1 clove minced
    Onions1/2 cup chopped fine
    Barbecue Sauce, 1/2 cup
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 2 tsp
    Diet cola 1/4 cup

Directions

Mix together turkey , egg, garlic , onion and brad crumbs.
using a non stick loaf pan and greasing it a little with olive oil place the meat mix in the pan and pat down a little bit.
Mix the BBQ sauce (use ketchup or chili sauce if you want instead) with the Diet cola and the Splenda Brn. Sugar blend.
Pour over the top of the loaf.
Bake at 350* F for approx. 45Min.
let stand for 5 minutes, remove from pan slice and serve.
You can use ground chicken ir\f you like BUT the turkey stays together better...
ENJOY!!
