Introduction

these are really good and delicious a little spicy but can use different salsa to flavor pork these are really good and delicious a little spicy but can use different salsa to flavor pork
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 oz pork shoulder
    1/2 cup salsa ranchera ( i use la victoria)
    2 cup petite diced tomatoes
    8 tblsp chopped onion
    8 tblsp chopped cilantro
    1 lime juiced
    16 small corn tortilla's

Directions

simmer pork in water until tender drain and dry with paper towels

in sauce pan add diced tomatoes and salsa along with pork simmer for 5-10 minutes

while pork simmers diced onion and cilantro toss with lime juice and season with salt pepper and garlic to your taste

serve 2 tacos each with 1/2 ounce meat per taco and 1/2 tblsp cilantro onion mixture

serves 8
