Chicken and Veggies

Introduction

great quick dinner great quick dinner
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 tbsp of canola or olive oil
    1 sliced zucchini
    1 sliced summer squash
    2 bunches of asparagus
    2 diced small tomatoes
    16 oz broccoli floretts
    1 stalk of celery
    4 chicken breasts

Directions

fry the chicken in 1 tbsp of canola oil
In another pan saute all of the veggies.
when chicken is cooked dice and add to the veggies. I seasoned with Mrs Dash Garlic and herb and a little parmesan cheese
