2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1 c. skim milk
optional - small onion
3/4c. brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. chilli powder
Then mix Topping Sauce ingredients together and pour over top. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour. Cover for the first 30 minutes, then uncover for the remaining 30 minutes.
Makes 24 meatballs and I calculated 2 meatballs per serving. You could probably use ground turkey to make this lower in calories.
