    1 slice whole wheat bread toasted
    .5 can tuna
    1 oz soy cheese
    tomato sliced

Directions

Layer the toast with tuna then tomato then cheese.
Place on cookie sheet, then under the broiler.
Cook until cheese melts, the enjoy!
