Steak Casserole

Ingredients

    1 lb round steak
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 cup long grain rice

Directions

Layer
3/4 cup rice and
1 lb round steak in a 9"x13" baking dish.

Mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup with
1 1/4 cup water

Pour soup over meat mixture bake 60 min (or longer) @ 350'
Serves 4
Can add 1 can of peas. Decrease water to 1/4cup.
