This is SO simple, yet tastes so good. Unlike cheese sauces that are higher in calories and fat, just sprinkling a bit of shredded cheese on top gives a great flavor while keeping it healthy. Ingredients

2 c broccoli
1/2 c. onion,diced
1/4 golden bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. ch'd zucchini
2 baby carrots, sliced
1 Tb bacon bits
1/4 c. shr'd cheese
Directions
Chop, slice & dice veggies. Place in steamer. Steam for 22 min, or until tender. Remove from steamer, top with bacon bits and cheese. Serves 2.
