Introduction

Quick and easy low fat chicken burritos! Fajita style! You get almost even amounts of carbs and proteins in this meal. Very convenient for on the go. Quick and easy low fat chicken burritos! Fajita style! You get almost even amounts of carbs and proteins in this meal. Very convenient for on the go.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 ounces of precooked shredded chicken breast (off the bone)

    1/2 cup pinto beans

    2 La Banderita Low Carb Tortillas

    4 tbsp of Kraft shredded cheddar cheese

    8 slivers/half slices of onion

    1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

    1 tsp of cumin powder

    1 tsp of garlic powder

    2 tbsp of chopped cilantro

    1/4 cup of chopped banana peppers

    2 tbsp Daisy light sour cream

Directions

Spray pan with canola oil spray and sautee the onions, tomatoes, and banana peppers till soft. Next add the precooked shredded chicken, cumin and garlic powders and cook for about 5 minutes to let the flavors blend. Heat up the tortillas and place half of the chicken fajitas in each tortilla, next place 1/2 of the beans, cheese, light sour cream and cilantro in each tortilla. Finally wrap up burrito style and your meal is ready to eat!

I like to add some Valentina hot sauce to mine, but you can add any hot sauce or salsa for more flavor. Serves 2. Enjoy!
