1 lb package Gimme Lean veggie sausage
    2 tbs olive oil

    2 cups 2% milk
    2 tbs all purpose flour

Directions

*Serving size- 2 biscuits, about 1 cup gravy
*makes 8 biscuits

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Biscuits:
Combine 1 cup Jiffy mix, 1/3 cup milk, and grated cheeses in a medium bowl. mix, don't knead.

Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.

Gravy:
In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups milk and flour. Beat w/whisk until smooth, no lumps

In large skillet, on low to medium heat, heat olive oil w/onion and seasoning.

Crumble in "sausage", cook and stir until browned.

Once "meat" is brown, and oil is cooked up, slowly add milk/flour mixture, about 1/2 cup at a time.

Stir constantly, making sure milk mixture doesn't burn. Keep stirring till sausage and milk mixture reaches creamy gravy consistency.

Season w/salt and pepper, as needed.

Slice biscuits in half, pour gravy over top, serve, and enjoy.
