Introduction

yummy nutrient-filled mac and cheese low on calories too yum! And it doesn't taste like cardboard! yummy nutrient-filled mac and cheese low on calories too yum! And it doesn't taste like cardboard!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    12 oz whole wheat veggie spagetti
    one 16 oz silken tofu packet
    one container of shredded vegan cheddar
    smart balance buttery spread
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

cook pasta al dente
puree tofu until smooth
plop into a skillet buttered with smart balance or your favorite buttery spread
add shredded vegan cheese
simmer until cheese is thoroughly combined
pour over the pasta
season with salt, pepper, and cayene if you wish~
