5 oz chicken livers
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 T oil
1/3 C fat-free chicken broth
Add chicken livers to pan, and saute til cooked almost cooked.
Add broth and cooked onions to pan, heat through. Broth will thicken slightly to a sauce.
Makes 1 large serving
