Easy Low Calorie Quiche

Ingredients

    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Sour Cream, .5 cup
    Skim Milk, .5 cup
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded
    Whole Wheat Tortilla, 3 tortillas
    Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, 6 slices (cooked & chopped)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a pie plate with cooking spray. Line with tortillas (cut one in half). Mix eggs, egg beaters, sour cream and milk in large bowl, whisking until smooth. Add cheese, onions, turkey bacon, add mushrooms. Pour into pie plate, and bake 50 minutes or until firm (not gooey in the middle.)
