Ingredients

2 oz Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta
1 tsp EVOO
1 TB Lemon Juice
1 oz Goat Cheese, crumbled-soft
1 TB Tastefully Simple Pine Nut & Basil Pesto Mix
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. In bowl, drizzle past with EVOO; toss to coat. Chill pasta. When cool, stir in lemon juice (or lime), goat cheese and Pine Nut & Basil Pesto Mix. Add salt & pepper to taste.
