Introduction

My family really likes this. My family really likes this.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 pounds extra lean ground beef
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1/2 cup canned mushrooms, chopped
    1 tlb italian seasoning

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix well with wooden spoon or hands (hands work better to get mixed well). Place in a 9 X 13 inch pan and bake @ 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. makes 8 servings.
