2 15.5 oz cans chili beans
2 15.5 oz can kidney beans
1 pound extra lean ground beef or a pound of the cheap stuff-browned, rinsed in HOT water and drained
seasoning on your choice- I use garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, and a lot of cumin-if you have time using real onions and garlic is definitely worth it
Makes 8 1.5 cup servings
