Introduction

An easy crock pot supper low in calories . An easy crock pot supper low in calories .
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    Lean steak cut in cubes
    3 medium potatoes cubed
    3 large carrots cubed
    i large onion cubed
    celery 2 stalks cubed
    1 box swanson beef broth or chicken broth fat free.
    and an other veggies you like

Directions

Brown meat in skillet, I add some lemon juice to the beef, while it is browning. Then add t to the crock pot, add all teh other veggies, add broth. cover and cook 8 hours. About an hour before serving, mix up cornstarch in a glass of cold water add to stew, stir in well. it should thicken it all up. i use about a 1/2 cup corn starch to about a 1/4 cupof water or however much water it takes to mix it up.
