Ingredients

Lean Ground Turkey, 48 oz (3 lbs)browned.
Dark Red Kidney Beans, 2 cans
Onions, raw, 3 large chopped
Garlic, 8 cloves minced finely
Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper cored and seeded, chopped finely
green pepper, 1 cup chopped
Tomato paste, one large can or two small
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (15 oz)
Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cans
Tomato Sauce, 1can
4tbs chili powder or your own chili spices
Directions
makes 14 1 cup servings
Brown turkey with onions, garlic, and peppers, both green and jalapeno. DRAIN THOROUGHLY.
Add spices to your taste.
Open cans and dump into pot with meat mixture, don't drain.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and let sit at the back of the stove simmering for 2 hours...Stir it just once or twice to check on liquidity and make sure it's not sticking. Add extra tomato sauce if its getting too thick.
May do simmering all day in crock pot.
Left overs are great!!
