4 cups of Green Beans
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Fresh Lemon juice
1 sliced clove of garlic
5 Fresh Mint leaves
boil green beans for 10 minutes until tender. Meanwhile, squeeze lemon juice, and slice garlic. Drain Green beans, and place in a bowl. Add Olive oil, Lemon juice, garlic, salt and mint leaves. Stir to coat green beans. Serve warm or cold. Better the longer it sits.
