Garlic Chicken & Broccoli

Introduction

If you are really hungry you can have half of the entire recipe. If you are really hungry you can have half of the entire recipe.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Chicken breast, no skin, no bones
    1 10 oz pkg frozen, Broccoli, chopped
    2 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
    garlic, one clove
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Serving size = 1/4 of recipe

Sautee garlic in Soy sauce. Add Chicken breast, either whole or chopped in 1" pieces to skillet. When Chicken is slightly browned add frozen broccoli, cover and simmer until broccoli is tender.
Uncover and top with Mozzarella Cheese. When cheese is melted.....enjoy.

  • I made this for dinner lastnight and it was delicious!! I used about a tbsp or so of minced garlic instead of a clove cuz i didnt have fresh garlic and i also left out the cheese but it was still very very good...my husband even loved it and wants me to make it again and he is very picky!! - 2/16/10

  • I've made this twice already! My husband says it's the best homemade stir fry he's ever eaten and it's so simple to fix! We also sauteed green onions with the garlic for some added flavor. Thanks! - 5/12/09
