Well... make a pre-emptive strike with this delicious and low-calorie subsitution! Does your mouth water when you think of all the pumpkin spice doughnuts, muffins, pies, cappuccinos, lattes, and all other calorie-laden goodies at this time of year? Ingredients

    Two slices of Aunt Millie's Light Whole Grain Bread

    2 Eggs

    1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

    1/4 c. Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

    2 Tbsp. Fat Free Cool Whip

Directions

Mix the eggs and pumpkin pie spice together in a bowl. Soak up the egg with the bread and cook in a frying pan. After it's fully-cooked, add some sugar-free maple syrup, perhaps a dollop of fat-free Cool-Whip and enjoy!!!
