quick pressure cooker style quick pressure cooker style
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    8 oz pork loin or chicken (boneless/skinnless)
    2 white potatos
    2 sweet potatos
    10 baby carrots
    1/2 c prunes
    1/2 c apricots
    1 lemon, cut in quarters
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 c brown sugar

Directions

saute onions & celery. brown meat. add all other ingredients plus water to cover. pressure cook at 15 lbs pressure for 12 minutes. quick release steam. serves 8 for dinner or 10 as an appetizer. Good with some toast or fresh bread.
