Chicken Rice Casserole


Number of Servings: 8


    3 C White Rice, cooked (or 1 c uncooked)
    3 C Brown Rice, cooked (or 1 c uncooked)
    3 C Chicken, chopped
    1 C Cream of Celery Soup
    2 C Peas
    1//2 C Italian Blend Cheese
    Mrs Dash


Bring 4 cups water to a boil, add 1 cup brown rice and 1 cup white rice. Turn heat down to med/low and cover. Allow to steam until holes appear in top. Drain excess water.

While rice is steaming, chop chicken and thaw peas. Combine everything but cheese in casserole dish, then top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and rice is tender.

Makes 8 large servings.
