Introduction

This is another great way to eat tilapia fish! I love it! My mom showed me how to do this fish. I like to accompany it with some brown rice and steamed veggies. enjoy! Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4- 4 oz Tilapia Filets
    1- Onion medium, chopped
    1- Tomato large, chopped
    2-Jalapeño Peppers, chopped with no seeds
    1 tbs- Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade

    Pepper & salt to taste

Directions

1. Heat large skillet and spray with cooking spray.
2. Add 4 filets, sprinkle them with a little bit of salt & pepper if desired, cover and let cook for a couple of minutes.
3. Turn filets, cover and let cook for another couple of minutes.
4. Uncover, add onions, tomato, jalapeño, and top with teriyaki sauce.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes or until veggies are tender.
6. Serve with brown rice and veggies.

***Makes 4 servings of 1 filet each.
